Managing Finance Specialist
As a managing consultant of a Financial Solutions team, you make your own team successful and you understand better than anyone what needs to happen at the client in the fields of investments, reporting, accounting, tax, and risk management. This makes you a well-known managing consultant within our top 200 client network for which you are rewarded with an unlimited commission scheme.
Your activities
In addition to guiding junior and medior consultants, your responsibilities include automating financial processes, consolidating reporting flows, presenting investment analyses, implementing new tax regulations and creating different types of balance sheets.
Every project is a new challenge. This is why your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Developing and guiding a team of about 5 junior and medior consultants with their challenges at the client
- Identifying bottlenecks and optimizing reporting processes
- Analysing data and creating dashboards to provide your stakeholders with the necessary financial insights and forecasts
- Organising stakeholder meetings to discuss and present the results and follow-up actions of projects
- Advising the client on the latest developments in the field of financial and fiscal process optimisation
- Transfering your knowledge to the clients' team so that our clients become even more successful

- A salary range between €5,200 and €8,500 per month (including holiday allowance), depending on your track record
- A performance bonus based on turnover. Your total salary including allowances is 70% of the turnover you realize. During an average project, your total salary will increase to more than €12,000 per month

What you bring
We are looking for experienced reporting analysts, accountants, tax analysts, and risk managers with different finance and tax-related backgrounds, experiences, and passions. It speaks for itself that you are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way.
Furthermore, you are energized by guiding and developing junior and medior teammembers and know how to make your team successful in delivering high-quality work for our clients.
- You have 4+ years of relevant work experience and want to make your next career steps as a managing consultant
- You have an academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Fiscal Economics or another related study
- You are hands-on with the preparation of financial statements according to internal and external regulations as IFRS, GAAP, Basel or Solvency II
- You have experience in training and coaching junior employees or are interested in developing yourself in this area
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
