The program for junior consulting experts. Discover and develop your corporate identity to become a leading expert in data, finance, analytics or IT within 24 months and make the next career step at the client as a highly trained medior. Or broaden your horizons and become a medior consultant at Mploy Associates, while continuous development gives you a competitive edge and prepares you for a senior position.
The program for outstanding PhD graduates. Make the switch from an academic to a corporate career in data, finance, analytics or IT within 12 months. After this you can take the next career step at the client as a highly educated expert or you can develop further within Mploy Associates as a medior or managing consultant.
The program for entry-level until senior corporate positions. To grow and become the best-in-class as a professional in marketing, business relations, talent development or any other area of expertise. Skills you need to succeed both in your role and life in general. For new colleagues, personal development is aimed at the transition from a high potential to a confident and self-reflective professional. This we put into action and develop to make you a leading expert. This is achieved through personal coaching, intervision sessions and close supervision of your personal Talent Manager.
At junior level, our programs focus on acquiring basic business skills such as presenting, agile working, feedback and time management. After this, more advanced competencies are developed for a mid-level role in a corporate environment. Examples are storytelling, project management, conflict management and negotiation.
Examples of provided entry-level theoretical courses are coding skills in SAS, Python or C#. Hereafter more advanced and role specific courses are given. Examples are Spark, Hadoop or Azure. We also offer the possibility to achieve relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, Scrum Master, Product Owner or multiple coaching certifcations.

Yes. Our most common development programs are the Young Talent Program, Post PhD Program and Corporate Development Program. We also use a Consulting Development Program for medior and managing consultants and a Leadership Development Program for our management positions. All development programs are based on the same three development areas and all employees spend 10% of their working hours on development.
