As a Medior Talent Manager, you are the driving force behind the development of talent within our organization. With a passion for training and coaching, and a keen understanding of the needs of the current generation, you inspire our colleagues to continually develop both personally and professionally.

Your activities

As a medior Talent Manager you have a dynamic role being responsible for guiding and developing 25 to 30 junior consultants and corporate colleagues on personal, professional, and theoretical aspects. This means, among others:

  • You are the first point of contact for our clients when it comes to the development of your colleagues and conduct development discussions every three months with the junior consultants in close collaboration with said clients
  • You are responsible for executing individual development plans and overseeing the entire development cycle for both the junior consultants and our internal     colleagues
  • You develop and deliver interactive and creative soft skill training sessions monthly to our colleagues (both internal and client-based consultants) at our office
  • You are involved in the further development and innovation of our development programs
  • Lastly, you will spend 10% of your working time on your own development to stay an expert in your field and broaden your skills within L&D.

The salary

A competitive salary ranging from €3.800 to €4.800 per month (including an 8% holiday allowance) depending on your trackrecord and experience

  • A home-office budget along with a laptop, phone, internet, and home working allowance, (electric) bike or public transport card, and a good pension plan.
  • Besides the 10% of your working time dedicated to your development, we also provide a development budget for external training and education of €2,000 per year.

What you bring

You are a driven and enthusiastic L&D professional known for your attention to others, strong training skills, and analytical view on talent development. You are known for your strong communication skills and analytical view when it comes to talent development. With your enthusiasm and expertise, you elevate talent to unprecedented heights Furthermore:

  • You have completed a HBO or WO degree (a background in HRM or Psychology is a plus)
  • You have work experience in a corporate environment
  • You have strong communication skills and are fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • You have strong presentation skills and enjoy engaging with groups energetically
  • You support a Strengths-based approach: focus on what’s strong instead of what’s wrong
  • You excel in organizing, structuring, and planning
  • You are available for 32 to 40 hours a week
  • You reside in the Randstad area
  • Experience with coaching (a NOBCO practitioner level certification is a plus)
