Your activities

As our Office & Event Coordinator, you are the face of Mploy Associates. Your focus areas include hospitality, facility support, events, and managing the administration of our consultants' onboarding and offboarding. Together with the People & Office team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your daily tasks include:

  • Welcoming visitors and colleagues, ensuring that every visit is a memorable experience
  • Managing meeting rooms and keeping the office tidy
  • Organizing internal and external events with a "wow" factor
  • Acting as the point of contact for cleaners and handymen
  • Ensuring that everything we need in the office is always in stock
  • Providing lunches worthy of a Michelin star
  • Supporting the back office with administrative tasks

What we offer

A role as an Office & Event Coordinator means a job full of challenges and responsibilities. With a free lunch at the office and regularly enjoyable team activities such as escape rooms, parties, and sports events, we ensure a workplace where employees can connect with each other. Furthermore, based on a full-time contract, we offer:

  • A salary between €2,800 and €3,500 per month (including 8% holiday pay), depending on your work experience
  • A laptop, remote work allowance, (electric) bicycle or public transportation card, and a solid pension plan
  • 25 days of paid annual leave
  • In addition to in-house training opportunities, an external development budget of €2,000 per year to obtain relevant certifications
  • An international work environment with colleagues from around the world
  • A role in pro bono projects with socially relevant NGOs

What you bring

We are looking for someone with hospitality in their DNA—someone who turns every visit into an experience and organizes events that leave a lasting impression. Do you see yourself in the following?

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • A strong sense of responsibility
  • Confidence and a welcoming attitude toward visitors and colleagues
  • Multitasking talent: you always know what’s happening and are in the right place at the right time
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Available for at least 24 hours a week, with occasional flexibility
