Your activities

As a Corporate Recruiter at Mploy Associates, you’ll have a deep understanding of what professionals with a few years of experience in data, finance, analytics, and IT need to take the next step in their careers. It all begins with a career coaching session with you.

In short, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth of our consultancy teams and corporate organization. With 2+ years of work experience and a clear career vision for corporate recruitment, you’ll use your insights to guide candidates effectively. Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Headhunting: Proactively reaching out to experienced professionals on LinkedIn for our Consulting Services team.
  • Sourcing: Identifying junior to senior talent for corporate positions using the most effective recruitment channels.
  • Screening: Inviting candidates for career coaching sessions based on their CVs and conducting initial phone interviews.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Maintaining a strong talent pool by regularly engaging with candidates and keeping them updated on new opportunities.
  • Candidate Matching: Aligning candidates’ backgrounds, skills, and competencies with the right roles.
  • Event Organization: Planning in-house knowledge-sharing and recruitment events in collaboration with consultants.
  • Employer Branding: Enhancing the recruitment marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & Design team.
  • Candidate Experience: Delivering an unforgettable experience with valuable insights for all stakeholders.

Salary

Receive a competitive salary ranging from €3600,-tot €4500,- per month (including holiday allowance) depending on your trackrecord.

What you are good at

As a Corporate Recruiter at Mploy Associates, you bring a passion for talent acquisition and a proven track record in recruitment within a commercial environment. You’re an enthusiastic, curious self-starter—ambitious and authentic in your ability to attract top professionals to our organization. You also bring:

  • You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • You bring 2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role.
  • You have a strong affinity for talent solutions within data, finance, and analytics environments.
  • You possess a winner’s mentality: your commercial mindset and results-driven approach ensure you achieve your goals.
  • You are highly motivated to grow on a personal, professional, and theoretical level.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
