TEAM BUSINESS ANALYSIS
Medior Business Analyst
As a medior consultant you understand better than anyone what needs to happen at the client in the field of IT solutions and data management. This makes you a well-known consultant within our top 200 client network for which you are rewarded with an unlimited commission scheme.
Your activities
In addition to mentoring junior consultants, your responsibilities will range from organizing, storing and analyzing data at the client to monitoring data quality and developing DQ dashboards.
This includes organising stakeholder meetings to discuss and present project results and follow-up actions. As well as preparing management reports and presentations to senior management regarding progress and data quality issues.
Furthermore, you will often act as a link between IT and business to translate requirements into IT solutions. Every project is a new challenge. This is why your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Mentoring and guiding a team of junior consultants with their challenges at the client
- Implementing DQ controls, development of dashboards and monitoring of data quality at the client. You do this in Power BI or more advanced software
- Translating business requirements into IT implementations
- Investigating the most recent regulations regarding data management and translating these guidelines into new system implementations
- Investigating and documenting data flows and associated data lineage
- Transfering your knowledge to the clients' team so that our clients become even more successful

The salary
Receive a competitive salary ranging from €4.500 to €6.500 per month (including holiday allowance) and earn a performance bonus tied to 70% of the turnover you achieve.

What your week looks like
Four-and-a-half days a week you work for the client on a diverse range of projects. The rest of the time you work at Mploy Associates to help the company, teams, and junior consultants. This ranges from feedback and reporting, to writing proposals for new client projects.
Client Projects
You will spend the majority of your time working directly on a single project. You guide the client with your technical and interpersonal skills and at the same time manage the project and stakeholders with your planning, presentation, and organizational skills.
Mploy Associates
You work with other consultant to build innovative strategies to grow our firm, write proposals to scale the business while contributing to a collaborative and fun environment.
Mentoring juniors
With your knowledge and expertise, you guide and train junior consultants. Give feedback on their work, development, and overall skills.
Development
Time for your own development and expand your set of technical and professional skills. Additionally, you can also strengthen your personal skills with personal coaching.
Helping teams
The same knowledge and expertise is used to help other Mploy Associates teams. For example, supporting Talent Development with your technical know-how, or Business Relations with exploring possible opportunities or writing technical proposals.
What you bring
We are looking for experienced business analysts and data managers with different business and IT-related backgrounds, experiences, and passions. It speaks for itself that you are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way.
Furthermore, you are energized by guiding and developing junior and medior teammembers and know how to make your team successful in delivering high-quality work for our clients.
- You have 2+ years of relevant work experience and want to make your next career steps as a medior consultant
- You have an academic background in Information Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or another related study
- You are hands-on in dashboarding in Power BI, Spotfire and/or Tableau
- You have experience in training and coaching junior employees or are interested in developing yourself in this area
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
