Team Talent Development
Talent Trainer
As a Talent Trainer, you translate articles, science, and experiences into practical training sessions that truly foster people's development. You're eager to create, facilitate, and evaluate interactive, energetic, and creative sessions.
Your activities
You provide training on various topics, ranging from feedback and assertiveness to self-reflection and DISC. Your role also includes the development of training sessions based on the needs of the target audience and trends in the field. Moreover, you are the one who:
- Provides creative and interactive training sessions three times a week at our office for both our corporate colleagues and our consultants
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a team of L&D experts and contributes to a positive work culture
- Evaluates colleagues based on behavior standards to further assist their development
- Offers personal feedback and guidance during and after training sessions
- Improves our existing training programs by innovating creative exercises
- Focuses on a talent-centered approach: focus on what's strong instead of what's wrong

- A salary range between €2,800 and €3,500 per month (including holiday allowance), depending on your track record
- 25 days of paid annual leave

- Besides in-house training opportunities, an external development budget of €2,000 per year to obtain relevant certifications

What you bring
You're a driven and enthusiastic professional, renowned for your strong training skills and analytical perspective when it comes to talent development. With your enthusiasm and expertise, you elevate talent to unprecedented heights. Furthermore:
- You have 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree
- You have experience in hosting and/or developing training sessions
- You possess strong presentation skills and enjoy speaking in front of groups
- You are (almost) fluent in Dutch and English
- You are ambitious and you are available for 40 hours a week
