As a Brand Manager, you are responsible for both strategic and operational aspects of communicating the message of our mission: making data, finance and analytics teams successful through a talent focused approach. You like to lead projects and have ambitions to lead your own Marketing & Design team. Your day-to-day activities include:
- Creating, managing and optimizing the perfect marketing strategy;
- Developing, monitoring and improving creative marketing campaigns;
- Developing content for campaigns, blogs, social posts, leaflets and more;
- Continuously improving our client and candidate journeys to stay top of mind of our target audiences;
- When applicable, managing the Marketing & Design team to ensure the needed content is delivered in time.

- A salary range between €3,250 and €4,500 per month (including holiday allowance), depending on your track record;

What you bring
You are creative, enthusiastic, and your communication skills are impeccable. Your wear many different hats (interviewer, writer, editor, manager) and you easily switch between thinking and doing. A scale-up environment makes you thrive: you love to investigate different options and try something new to make our company grow. Furthermore:
- You have 3+ years of work experience in a marketing position;
- You have completed a relevant bachelor's or master's degree;
- You have a comprehensive portfolio that showcases your way of working and writing skills;
- You have an affinity with talent solutions within data, finance and analytics environments;
- You are a skilled interviewer, researcher and editor who can translate complex insights into relevant content;
- You have experience in training and coaching junior employees or are interested in developing yourself in this area;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Creative Assistant
€1.800 - €2.300
You assist the Marketing & Design team in making online and offline events unforgettable. You coordinate shooting days, and you assist with the production of copy and visuals for one or more of our (social) channels.
Junior Marketeer
€2.700 - €3.500
You are responsible for creating the right content at the right time to reach and convince our target audiences. We train you to become an all-round marketeer who is able to transform a brand into a lifestyle.
Medior Marketeer
€3.000 - €4.800
You produce appealing concepts in all forms to make a stunning impression at our target audiences. Online, offline, research based and sometimes based on today’s news items. You analyze response rates and are responsible for improving these from month to month.
Senior Marketeer
€3.500 - €6.500
You have an impressive track record in inventing inspiring concepts. You are responsible for a successful production of these concepts by the production team and are monitoring the quality of the output daily.
Marketing Director
€5.000+
You are strong in translating marketing analytics into mind blowing marketing strategies. Together with the Creative Director you set the milestones and develop different marketing strategies to make us the leading talent focused consultancy while keeping the quality of our services high.
Country Lead Marketing
€6.500+
Together with your management team you set the milestones, develop different candidate pool strategies and execute hiring plans to make us the leading talent focused consultancy while keeping the quality of our services high.
